All Phoenix Ba designs are made in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
We accept custom orders of evening gowns, cocktail dresses, occasional wear, bridal wear, business wear, casual wear and accessories.
The designer is located in Toronto, Ontario. However we accept customer requests worldwide.
Initial consultation appointment is available in-person or virtually.
The bespoke process can be carried out in multiple ways with flexibility.
If you are interested in the designers' designs, measurements will be taken for drafting customers' personal patterns to create unique garments that perfectly fit you.
If you would like a custom design, please present your ideas (pictures, sketches e.t.c.). The designer will work with you together to create a design. When a design is agreed-upon, measurements will be taken for garment construction.
The customers can choose fabric from the designer's collection or provide their own preferred fabric.
Depending on the complexity of the design, one to three fitting appointments will be scheduled before the final garment is completed.

What sizes do you carry?
As all body shapes are beautiful, we come up with designs and outfits for all sizes.
What is the caring instruction?
All the made-to-order garments are dry clean only or instructed specifically by the designer or fabric supplier.
What is the price range?
Price varies depending on the design and fabric used.
A quote will be presented after details of the order is finalized.
What is the payment schedule?
60% deposit is required to begin the process. The balance will be paid on the final fitting/pick up.
What are the delivery options?
Local orders can be delivered or picked up in person.
None-local orders will be shipped using public postal service or courier mail services. Tracking information will be provided upon shipping.

What to prepare for fitting appointments?
Please have the according undergarments and shoes you plan to wear for the ordered outfit ready at the fitting.
What if I cannot make the appointments?
If you are not located in Toronto or cannot make the appointment, you could send your measurements in details based on the designer's instruction on how to take each measurement. The designer is available for text, chat, video and phone call communication to make sure the information is correct and the request is accommodated. However, in person appointments for measurement and fitting are always recommended.
What is the turn around time?
Already made items can be picked up, delivered or shipped within 5 business days from the day the order is placed. For custom orders, once the order is placed, 1-4 weeks of time is required to complete the garments depending the complexity of the design and the availability of the fabric as every garment is made to order.
